1. Mietbedingungen

  1. Der Mietvertrag kommt mit der Buchungsbestätigung zustande.

  2. Eine Zahlung in Höhe von 100 % ist innerhalb von 7 Tagen fällig, sofern nichts anderes vereinbart wurde.

  3. Stornierungen für Kurzzeitaufenthalte (weniger als 28 Nächte) sind bis 30 Tage vor Anreise kostenfrei.

  4. Der Mieter verpflichtet sich, die Wohnung pfleglich zu behandeln und Schäden sofort zu melden.

  5. Haustiere nur nach Absprache.

  6. Die Hausordnung ist Bestandteil des Mietvertrags.

English – Rental Conditions

  1. The rental agreement is concluded with the booking confirmation.

  2. A deposit of 100% is due within 7 days, unless otherwise agreed.

  3. Cancellations for short stays (less than 28 nights) are free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival.

  4. The tenant undertakes to treat the apartment with care and to report any damage immediately.

  5. Pets only by prior arrangement.

  6. The house rules are part of the rental agreement.
